A spectacular true Alaskan story (10yrs in the works) has just been authored by Anchorage resident Glenn Hermann.  This story is about a Yup’ik Eskimo, Abraham George, who was on the path of destruction, becoming a lifetime criminal, drug addict and drunk.  This worthless member of society became radically transformed into a noble, positive community influence after a near-death-experience.
